The Ultra Integrated General Ledger
The General Ledger Module is fully integrated with any of our customer service interfaces. The integrated general ledger automatically creates journal entries when sales or purchase contracts are closed or when payroll, refund or accounts payable checks are written, just use the customer service interface and you don't need to be a bookkeeper or an accountant to have your general ledger up to date.
You can easily print any number of financial statements and you have the freedom to choose how you want the information from your general ledger presented. You can easily print your financial statements ( Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, or the Statement of Cash Flows ) and you can choose whether you want to compare them to last year, last month or just present them on their own.
The Ultra Integrated General Ledger will allow you to do the work of an accountant or bookkeeper without needing one on your staff. The general ledger can do it all for you, you just operate the customer service interface and without knowing more then the basics of bookkeeping you can have a fully operational and up to date general ledger.
